  • Account information (account IDs, account names, business manager IDs)

2.4 Dashboard Platform Data (Notion)

When you connect Notion, we:

  • Create and manage analytics dashboards in your Notion workspace
  • Store database IDs and page references for dashboard management
  • Sync aggregated data (orders, products, daily metrics, ad performance) to Notion databases
  • Store access tokens and refresh tokens for Notion API access
  • Maintain workspace and page information for dashboard organization

2.5 Automation Platform Data (Zapier)

When you connect Zapier (upcoming feature), we may:

  • Store Zapier webhook URLs and connection credentials
  • Transmit data to your configured Zapier workflows
  • Store integration status and connection metadata

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Create and maintain analytics dashboards in your Notion workspace
  • Sync e-commerce store data (orders, products, customers) to Notion databases
  • Sync advertising platform data (campaigns, ad performance) to Notion databases
  • Calculate and aggregate performance metrics (ROAS, profit, LTV, CAC, etc.)
  • Combine store and ad data for unified business intelligence and attribution
  • Store aggregated data in our database for fast analytics and reporting
  • Transmit data to Zapier workflows when configured (upcoming feature)
  • Provide customer support and technical assistance
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send service-related communications and updates
  • Improve our service and develop new features

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Notion: We share aggregated store and ad data with your Notion workspace to create and update analytics dashboards, databases, and reports
  • Zapier: When configured, we may transmit data to your Zapier workflows based on your automation settings (upcoming feature)
  • E-commerce Platforms: We access your store data (Shopify, WooCommerce) via their APIs to sync orders, products, and customer information
  • Advertising Platforms: We access your ad account data (Meta Ads) via their APIs to sync campaign performance and metrics
  • Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), hosting, and analytics

  • Notion: We sync aggregated data to your Notion workspace databases. Data in Notion is stored according to Notion's data retention policies
  • Cache Tables: We maintain cached aggregates (daily metrics, customer LTV, order summaries) for performance optimization

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. When you disconnect a platform integration, we will stop syncing new data, but historical data may remain in our database and your Notion workspace. Some information may be retained for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes.
