By accessing or using SynapSynk ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SynapSynk is a unified analytics platform that:

• Integrates with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) to collect store data
• Connects to advertising platforms (Meta Ads) to collect ad performance data
• Creates and maintains analytics dashboards in Notion workspaces
• Stores and aggregates data (orders, products, customers, ad campaigns) in our database
• Calculates unified metrics (ROAS, profit, LTV, CAC, MER) by combining store and ad data
• Syncs aggregated data to Notion databases for visualization and reporting
• Provides automation capabilities via Zapier integration (upcoming feature)
• Offers scheduled and manual data synchronization

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use SynapSynk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must have the authority to bind your business to these Terms
• You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date

3.3 Account Security

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Platform Integrations

4.1 Third-Party Platforms

SynapSynk integrates with third-party platforms through their APIs. You must have valid accounts and appropriate permissions for each platform you wish to connect.

4.2 Data Access and Processing

By connecting platforms, you grant SynapSynk permission to:

• E-commerce Stores: Access and store your store data (orders, products, customers, transactions) via platform APIs
• Advertising Platforms: Access and store your ad campaign data (campaigns, ad sets, ads, performance metrics) via platform APIs
• Notion: Create, read, and update databases, pages, and content in your Notion workspace
• Data Processing: Aggregate, calculate, and transform your data to generate analytics and metrics
• Data Storage: Store aggregated data in our database and sync it to your Notion workspace
• Zapier: Transmit data to your configured Zapier workflows when automation is enabled (upcoming feature)
• Synchronization: Automatically sync data on scheduled intervals or manually trigger syncs

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans

SynapSynk offers subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) with different features, store limits, and sync intervals. All plans include a 7-day free trial. Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Free Trial

New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial period. During the trial, you have full access to all features of your selected plan. At the end of the trial period, your payment method will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will not be charged during the trial period.

5.3 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method (via Stripe) for all fees
• Payment is processed automatically at the end of your trial period and on each billing cycle
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
• You may change your subscription plan at any time; changes take effect on your next billing cycle

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

6. Acceptable Use

6.1 Permitted Use

You may use SynapSynk only for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain ownership of your data. We process and store your data (store data, ad data, aggregated metrics) solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes:

• Storing aggregated data in our secure database for analytics and reporting
• Syncing data to your Notion workspace for dashboard visualization
• Transmitting data to Zapier workflows when you configure automations (upcoming feature)
• Calculating metrics and generating business intelligence reports

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data you provide to us, including data from your e-commerce stores, advertising accounts, and connected platforms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency repairs
• Third-party platform outages
• Force majeure events

9. Intellectual Property

SynapSynk and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to your data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the Service to you.
